I ordered guitar amplifier stagg 10 watt on 11th July. I made payment of Rs. 3591 through credit card. The product wasnt delivered till 30th July so I purchased it from else where and cancelled the order. Even order was cancelled they still shipped the product and told me on mail to refuse the parcel and they will refund once I refuse it. I got a call from courier company on 6th August and I refused to accept the parcel. It’s already 30th August still refund is not done. I wrote many Emails and called atleast 20 times still no luck. Everytime they are just doing miss commitment and refund is still not done and they are not able to give time when they will refund.

I want refund asap and also want compensation from them as I had to suffer and waste my lot of time and energy. Also need compensation because my money which will get refunded in credit card will not get refunded to me I have to compulsory spend it somewhere else.
