I am purchase around Rs.1000/- product from them, as per company policy. Shipping free for Rs.1000/- purchase. After receiving they suppy only Rs.595/- products with shipping charges extra. Before dispatch they hide this information from me. After receiving the product when I am calling them, they not given any satisfactory answer to me.

This is wrong way of dealing/business. If they not able to provide the product then inform me everything before dispatch the products.
