It has been 3 months now, Vodafone has been charging me with some so called “Download Charges”.My data pack does not exhaust before the month end but still they charge me for some download charges,which they say are third party paid sites I visited, but infact they run on VODAFONE.LIVE itself.Moreover in this month’s bill, they charged me with Data usage charges during roaming,eith an argument that I surfed over IDEA’s network & my phone automatically switched itsekf to other provider because Idea network is very strong in MP.I did not get any information about the change in the network settings and vodafone itself says that roaming data usage is free across India.

I have opted for PORT. I wish that all these charges shall be reversed from my current bill so I’ll be able to switch easily.
