I was overcharged on my Bill I raised the complaint with Vodafone and the request number is 157169471. Vodafone customer care replied saying that the charges were correct and payable. I have Roam like home activated on my number, but still I was charged for calls which were made to local Maharashtra numbers while I was in Pune. Even though my plan has 800 LOCAL minutes free which were not completely utilized, I was over-charged. No where in my plan it has been mentioned that the Landline calls in Maharashtra will not be included in LOCAL minutes. Also, the booster plan which I added for 2GB and 450 rs were added in my bill for the same did not mention that this 2GB can be utilized only after my 3G speed has been reduced (which would have happened after I reach my Capping limit of 750). My due date was 26th aug but I had already raised the complaint with Vodafone on 21st Aug, customer care failed to resort the issue before 26th and I have been charged 100 rs extra for late payment. I was forced to pay the full amount after repeated threatning that my line would be disconnected. Please help me get justice. Thank you. Ravi Kukreja

Please help getting refund and kindly serve Vodafone notice so that they must provide all details in the plan while the consumer orginally selects any of their service plans
