shopclues.com – defective hand set sold

I purchased on date 19.03.2014,one new htc onex+ handset through shop clues.com,by credit card.but after opening the box I chkd the charger was not working and the hand set was also not working the touch screen was freezed with htc logo .I tryied by inserting the simcard also,but it never worked.so pls help me out and panelise the concerned agent for his mistake.

both of the charger and hand set should be replaced with original quality ON PRIORITY BASIS. I am sending the photos of charger and hand set. my invoice no is sc_12121143
