I received the order but order is not having proper packing. Also box is not of ESPRIT standard. Also the watch is not having company tag with thread which is attached with watch.also box is having model code printed and mrp pasted by taking printout and cellotape. It seems shopclues send the repaired product since watch is having gum marks too. It is very serious problem and return my money otherwise i need to go consumer court because afer paying so much amount i am getting refurbised product.

i paid 8871 amount to buy but i received the damaged product..
