several phone call to customer support / complaint made in this regards, but no reply received. complaint no: reasons 554070: no invoice / warranty 554083: dead on arrival 558513: significantly different from description 562964: return request made finally, complaint admitted and money refunded back.

heavy penalty should be imposed so that they will not cheat to anybody by sending fake duplicate nokia battery.
