i customer name-md.rai, with imei no.911255801363407,jobsheet no. n030756-1113-6241870,had submitted my micromax ninja-a89,to m/s b.r.services,e-84(gf) krishna market,lajpat nagar on 5th of november for repairing for the charging and the power key issue, which is under warranty period on the guarantee that my mobile will be returned in hardly 7-10 days after repairing. but today its about a whole month and they are just repeatedly telling next monday,next saturday..next week and so on. even i send email to both the micromax service centre of lajpat nagar and the gurgaon head office of micromax but they are occasionaly replying with mentioning to plz cooperate kindly and wait for next week. i tried to call numerous times to the service centre but they hardly pick up the call or give no positive reply. the complain no. registered with the micromax headoffice gurgaon is mmx3011137625. finally, after losing all hope to get my mobile back i decided to lodge complain to the consumer forum so that it would redress my issue at the earliest.
i clearly want my mobile back before 5th of december as i am leaving delhi for a month or otherwise if belated, i want mobile back at my doorstep and that also with a branded new upgraded version so that it will be a proper compensation for all my mental torture caused by them for the whole 1 month and i want no bargaining on my compensation..
