I purchased a Karbonn company mob set A9+ on 24.4.2013 from Rampura Phul dist bathinda,Punjab.From very first day I am facing problems.it hangs again and again.I submitted mobile set so many times at Rampura Phul service centre but problem of hanging didnt solved. I lost my valuable phone numbers.In June Rampura service center sent it to company head office for repair.I got it back after 45 days.but set was still hanging.On 29 oct 2013.it became dead.I submitted it to Bathinda service center.Today is 3rd Dec 2013 and I didnt received my set back still.They say that it will take two months.Every time I mobile set submitted at service center I lost my valuable data.

so I demand new handset and Rs 20000/-compensation
