Dear Team, Please help me to recover my loss. I have ordered Blackberry mobile from shopcluse.com with the order number 19843009. They have delivered the product, when i have checked the product that was faulty and So have inform the same to them. i am contentiously following those people for replacement and refund but didn’t get that. I have invested 12798.00 and didn’t get worth of product, please help me to refund the money.I have also spoke many times to customer care but they are also not able to help me they are just taking complaint and after few days they will close the complaint. they are harnessing me, as they have black listed my number as well, after i called them for the updation and they kept on disconnecting my number again and again and every time i asked for the senior to come on the call they straight away told me that the manager is not available just now and no one will be there on call to attend. and i am following this case from past 6 months.no one is giving a reply on this and every one is disconcerting my call again and again. i want to take strict action on this as this is not just me who must be suffering from this , but this could be done to any one in india. i i have given my hard earned money and they have not given any reply till now. even i have returned the product to them. i just want a proper compensation for for my loss along with my mental harassment.

Need full refund along with compensation. As i have wasted more than 2500 on phone calls
