I, Haidaree Begum, consumer number 13351, Indane Gas, Dharam Gas Sewa, Varanasi, booked the gas on November 29, but even after liaisoning with the supplier several times and the complaint registered at 18002333555, the gas is not delivered to me till this time, even after 17 days of the booking. This is because we started weighting the cylinder on doubt that they are supplying the low weight cylinder (with gas taken out before the supply). They came earlier with low weight cylinder and upon refusal they bring the cylinder of exact weight thereafter on three previous bookings. But we are experiencing a lot of difficulties as they are now dilly-dallying on the cylinder supply for the last three months, as after several follow-ups and complaints the cylinder is now being supplied to me after two weeks time. It has now become the regular affair. Please help me in this regard so that I as well as others get the gas cylinders of appropriate weight and at the time not exceeding 7 days. Thanks a lot!

I have to switch to other means for cooking the food, which is costing a lot and resulting in great amount of difficulties.
