the product is completely different from the given description in website and it is a returned product from other consumer and it is defective it does not work at all

i used my saving to buy that tablet so i can use it for personal entertainment at home but it does not work and it is here and all money gone to waste

a replacement of product because it was not described on website or refund which ever is possible
