Hi sir , i had ordered for a Samsung power bank on 15 Nov 2014 the reference number is 26757617 the product couriered is a incorrect one with only one port i had raised a request to replace the product. i made lot of calls to the shopclues executives regarding this ,they stated that they cant say the merchant is going to replace the product or refund the amount .The order is initially raised on 15 Nov 2014 till date i didn’t got a update regarding this and there is no proper response from the Customer care executive . they stating they will forward the mail to the BOH they will call you till date i dint received any call…. please help me… i will furnish the transaction details done on shopclues .. product ordered : Samsung power bank order number :26757617 order date : 15 Nov 2014, 07:26 PM
