I have purchased a GYM product on 27 Feb 2015. I didn’t received the product and I conformed with the shop clues courier partner safe express that the product is not delivered to me. I have a proof for all the things. Now the date 18 May 2015, I didnt get any solution from shop clues. My request is no costumer should not affected hereafter by shopclues. Please help me to get back my money from them. My order number is 39612411 My courier tracking number is 42184941 product didnt delivered to me but ShopClues are saying product delivered.

I want my money back. And as a pentally( I want the same product delivered to home)
