Respected Sir, I order Philips DVD player on 24 Dec 2013, 09:29 AM at shopclues.com, as per shopclues Estimated delivery date was Thu 2 Jan and Sat 4 Jan 2014, and as per shopclues it was shipped through DTDC with bearing tracking number Z12064115(http://dtdc.com/tracking/tracking_results_detail.asp) but they didn’t deliver it even after a month of order date. Later when i contacted Shopclues customer care representative, they said product is not delivered due to Service is not available at my address, for that I said if service is not there then why order was taken using that address and I said I need refund since I didn’t get the product even after 1 month. ShopClues Customer care representative said that they will do the refund or re-shipment once they receive the product back, later there is no communication from shopclues for around 45 days or so, I contacted several times over phone and through e-mails, but shopclues were keep on telling that they didn’t receive the product yet. Finally on Feb 01 2014, they updated through mail that product is received, but they didn’t initiate money refund yet, its been almost near to 4 months and I still didn’t get my money back, they keep on telling same thing that money refund is initiated, but takes time to get it credited ..but now I realized that they cheated me and they do not have any plans to refund my money. So please do the need full and take the action against shopclues irresponsibility over customer service.
I wanted my money back and also wanted to take action against shopclues legally for their fraud and irresponsibility through this portal.
