Purchased kaff chimney online from ShopClues on 10/8/14 which stopped working since April 2015 . I approach end kaff chimney in response they ask for invoice which I don’t have or not provided by seller I.e ShopClues. I have requested ShopClues for same but they are not responding.

Estimated service charges Rs. 1000/- by kaff technician.
