Dear sir, i have purchased a “Micromax 377G Data Card Code: 1447460” from shopclues.com and the same was delivered to me on 6 march 2014 at my office address. as i reach home and check the device and it was not working. i have complain to shopclues.com at customer support with ticket number 732522. i was assured that your problem will be resolved. now they are replying that you have to contact the merchant. as me i have paid the amount to shopclues and product is not working at delivery time why they will not replace it. kindly look in the matter and tell me how i will proceed. i want as the product was delivered not working so i will not visit any merchant shopclues only to replace the same otherwise i will go for legal action.

they either replace this data card or return my amount.
