I had ordered Gwalior Premium Formal Trousers Pack of 3 from Shopclues order no 16420649 on 8th July 2014 which got delivered on 11th july 2014. I tried the pt and ants found it to be tight and raised a request for refund or replacement of the product. They have sent a mail that they will not be able to refund the money as whatever i have selected that product they have sent and their buyer protection there is no such clause that if i dont like the product it cannot be replaced. They are not ready to refund the money or replace the product. How can i come to how the product is before using it this is very bad service from Shopclues.com. I want a refund or different normal fit pants please help .
