ShopClues.com – no return/refund for the past one month

I received a defective product from Shopclues on 17th sept 2013 and called shop clues to address my dissatisfaction with the product and asked them for a full refund. They told me that a package would be sent from the merchant and I need to send the defective product back to them. I have been waiting for the shipping details to resend the defective product which i havent received.

please help me resolve this issues and get my money ie the product cost and calling cost which i have incurred due this concern.
