Shopclues.com Order Id: 37063531 Ordered a laptop and paid for it on 07-Feb-15 Rs.41,298. The expected date of delivery was 17-Feb-2015. They provided me a tracking number – which was not valid. When I raised the issue repeatedly, they were not responding to my simple question “When will I get my item”? Every time they tell me that they are looking into that and wait for 48 hours. I am physically and mentally tired. When I ask for the supervisor, either they disconnect the call or tell he is busy or convey that he will not talk as the problem gets resolved. When I ask them to cancel my order, they are refusing to do so.
I lost my money, as they fail to provide any proof that the item was disptched or delivered. They do not know where the item is and they do not tell when I will get it. As I already paid for it, I cannot go for a new one. As they are not refunding the money, i dont have money to buy another one. As it was needed for my son’s study process, he is not able to complete his tasks and likely to score much less marks in his board exams. Also, because of their irresponsible answers like “wait for 48 hours to get a reply, you are not the only customer”, I am feeling depressed. Also, because of their refusal to talk to me(supervisor) as well as not giving the correct status of delivery, I feel my consumer rights are breached. Finally, the item is under warranty for 12 months and since it is ordered almost 20 days ago, i may likely to get lesser warranty which may harm my interest.
