I ordered laptop in shopclues.com through internet on 19.09.2014 also i credit rs.10,999 for the product while ordering they told that with one week product will sent to the given address after that i have received a mail from them stated that because of shipping problem we will sent through another courier even then am not received the product after that i made a call to that company & file a complaint like that i don’t want the product & kindly refund the money even now there is no proper response kindly make the arrangement for getting my money
