I Placed a order on 7th june 2015 with Shopclues.com Product is Samsung 32 inches LED TV . After placing the order they give the delivery date of 15th June 2015. Since this order is booked on the name of my Father Mr. Balbir Singh Chib to be delivered at my residence in Jammu (245-sector C Sainik Colony 180001) But they have not the delivered the order on Due Date.then,I approach them again they told me that I will be delivered on 18th June 2015 . they again miss the 18th June Deadline .then, again I approach them they told me that your complaint is forwarded but not giving me the satisfactory reply on the delay.
