I bought Pendrive of strondium co. on 24 november 2012 of rupess 415 from www.shopclues.com having order number 1888813. But after buying, they did not sent Invoice along with the product. Just after the receiving the product I complaint to shopclues for non issuing the invoice and that time I allot ticket no. 96616 for this complaint. But still they did not sent any Invoice. In July 13 My pendrive not working so I go to service center for Replacing same as this having 5 year warranty but they deney because of non having INvoice. THis issue I told to shopclue many time but they not taking any interest. I need my money back of 415 and also shopclues doing tax evasion by non issuing INvoice to customers.
