I had ordered an sony bravia KDL-32W700B 32″ full hd smart tv from shopclues.com with order id:35453903 on 27th january, it is not delivered to me yet. i have a also contacted the shopclues teaam on 01244414888 but they are not responding in a good mannner and not providing me the accurate details. it has been a month now. i had paid the whole amount of Rs 34263/- through my credit card.

Due to such delay i am feeling a mental disturbance as i invested such a huge amount. I want a compensation of Rs 500000/- as i am freak of online shopping now.
