Aircel VAS Charges Balance, Deduction Unacceptable

Aircel has been charging me for different services I have not activated. I have neglected this issue twice thinking it could be a technical issue but, this has been happening since 2 months. I have been charged more than 5 times for VAS services which got activated without my conscious knowledge.

IT has resulted in not just causing loss of my money but is infact activating different services on its own the moment I recharge my phone. Being a consumer responsible company they have proven to be the worst by not putting up a direct number to speak to the executive and further puts up branding audio ads during the effort to reach out to the service center causing lot of time loss. Aircel has to refund back my money loss amounting to Rupees 300 apart from paying me a relief amount to neutralize my loss of time and efforts. Hence after this, they should speed up the MNP process to BSNL and get me disconnected permanently from their list.
