Vodafone 3G Recharge Money Deducted Twice by Mobikwik

I recharged Rs.1255 10 GB plan on my vodafone mobile number 987XXX1028 on 7/2/2015. First time I recharged online with vodafone official site,but I found that recharge is not successful because of internet disconnection.I did not receive any message about recharge on my mobile and neither on my email id. I checked on my mobile also but recharge was not done.So I again recharged with Rs.1255 on same day 4 hrs later with mobikwik site.This time recharge was successful.Later on I found that vodafone has deducted Rs.1255 from my sbi account on failed recharge.I contacted them multiple times and they told that my first recharge was also successful and refused to give me refund.This is totally wrong as they neither send any message about first time successful recharge on my number nor did they send email on my registered id.
