I have hired DRS Agarwal Packers to move my Household items and Car on 14th Feb 2015. They committed that on the 23rd Feb the CAR will be delivered. However, since 23rd Feb till 1st MArch 2015, I am being harassed and not given my Car delivery. They are also not letting me talk to the senior management neither are they solving my issues.

I have to stay in the hotel because of this and also paying heavily to taxis because I didnt get my car as promised. I want a relief equivalent to the mental and physical harassment I am undergoing since 10 days and same number of sleepless nights, worrying whether they are misusing my car for any antisocial activities.
