I have filed a complain against eBay for not providing a proper bill for the product that I had purchased from ebay. I had even contacted customer care but I didnot get any resolution. Then I filed a RTI against them I got a reply from consumer forum that they had sent a letter to them they will resolve the issue. But till now I didnot get any call or any resolutions. I am providing the details of RTI = DOCAF/R/2014/60730. I want the problem to be resolved at earliest.

They dont provide the proper bill. It means they are not paying tax to the government. So they are doing corruption. I am the one victim may be there are alot to whom they are not providing proper bills. It means they are doing corruption in regular basis and collecting black money. There is a big loss to the government. Serious action must be taken against them for not providing proper bills to the customer.
