Hi All, I had purchased a product from Shopclues on 6th Nov 2014, and the order number is : 25904399 Till date I didnt get the product delivered nor they had returned my money back after multiple calls to the customer care also. The funniest part of Shopclues is its Customer Support and Grievance cell i.e., Customer Support. (0124) 441 4888. 10am – 9pm, Mon-Sat. E-mail Us. Expect a reply in 24-48 Hrs. I called many a times and OCCASIONALLY the call gets connected to Customer care center, and if its get connected, the Customer care person says the SERVER IS DOWN and call later. If by any chance, they answer my question they say, please wait for some more time…… on Nov 12th the status said they had dispatched the product and on Nov 15th they said as we are unable to deliver the product, it is returning to origin. and Till date the customer care people claim, it didnt reach the vendor and estimated time to reach is another 7-9 working days. CHEATERS, any courier can reach any point of corner in the world in 10 days, but within INDIA and that too a courier from Hyderabad to Delhi will take more than 10 days. and these people dont care of customer and just hangs the call or put in on hold when I ask for justification. Please someone help me teach such people a lesson, so that no such situations arise with others at least in INDIA

1. I want my product I ordered and 2. I want them to pay penalty for the mental torture I had gone throw these days and the valuable time I wasted, with their improper response and careless behaviour 3. Please punish them for their careless behaviour with the customer in answering the calls or responding to message. I tried to log grievance with this organisation, it says the issue is raised, but it is not shown to me on UI and it is not allowing me to raise another grievance
