I had ordered for an Casio EDIFICE EF-539D-1AVDF (ED369) Wrist Watch worth INR 3199/- from Shopclues.com on 11/11/2013 with order number 8438281. But they shipped me a wrong product (A Reebok watch). Then I mailed them the snapshots of the received wrong product. But they said that they don’t have a reverse pick up from my location, I have to courier the product back to them. But the point is if the item has been delivered to me at the same location by your courier partner, then why they cant arrange a reverse shipment? This is intentional harassment to the customer. Anyway, I sent the wrong item to them through Fedex courier with tracking number 797292742379. Once it has reached to them they refused to receive that product. I contacted the courier team and they said me the same. Then I called shopclues regarding this. They said me to contact the courier team again to redeliver it. I contacted the courier team. But again the shopclues team is not accepting the wrong product and shipping me the correct product. It has been 1 month I have not got the product that I had ordered. Above that I have paid extra INR. 280/- for courier. I request you to take necessary action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
