i am a bsnl kerala circle customer, i have been using bsnl mobile service for 8 years i am a little bit satisfied with bsnl. Now bsnl cut all 2G DATA Plan and only 3G DATA plan are available but bnsl provide only 3G service in Cities in rural areas bsnl doesn’t provide 3G service but 3G tariff will be collect from customer and get back 2G service. I thinks its very big fraud programme. The previous week i brought a new bsnl 3G data card(No: 8301022941) and charged 3G plan but not provide 3G service in my area i got only 2G with snail speed plz take any action against.

The bsnl will be done very big fraud programme plans with no facility available charges taken from customer and didnt give their needs
