I had Made purchase of IFB Elena Vx Front Load 6.0 Kg Washing Machine ( 1200- RPM) from Snap Deal , order number 1405622474 on 9th Nov 2013 , While Purchasing I was told that I would Receive the Machine on or before 15th Nov, 2013. But it did not happen and after repeated all for around 5 to 6 days I got my Machine Delivered to my address 7 days late. We I opened the deliver machine I noticed that Machine was old or in used up condition and also it was not as per Specification I was shown on site i.e. 1200 RPM and was instead 700 RPM Machine. I called Snap deal and asked them to take it back, and they arranged for a Pickup and promised to pay me in 7 days once they get the delivery. Wen after 7 days I called them can check about my refund I came to know that Machine has not reached Snap Deal and Snap Deal was not aware when it would. Last Week I got call from Snap Deal Courier partner that they cannot deliver good to snap Deal and retuned the Machine Back to me. After almost 4 days I was informed that Snap Deal Has Arranged for Pick up and I need to keep Courier Ready, Now Since last 4 Days courier Machine is still not collected. I have already paid full amount of INR 23554 /- , and do not know when I would get it refunded, as even on speaking with Snap Deal representative they say I would get my money only once snap Deal receive the product and on the other hand Snap Deal is not Picking up the product from my place and has delayed my payment by almost month. So as a customer I am totally, at Mercy of Snap Deal on Part of my refund. I believe Snap Deal is doing it purposefully as I have asked for complete refund.

I want My Complete Money refunded i.e. 23554/- with 3 % Rate of interest and be refunded in Next 5 days. Along with this I Request for Compensation of 15000/- INR for all the Emotional and Physiological damage that I had in regards with the Service that I had from Snap Deal.
