I had placed a prepaid order ShopClues.com on 28-May-2015 of Rs.26,198/- for Samsung LED TV. However due to some unavoidable circumstances I had cancelled the order in less than 24 hours, on very next day, i.e. on 29-May-2015. As per company’s declared policy refund should have been initiated within 48 hours but 02-06-2015 no such refund process has been initiated. Please look into the matter and help me to get the refund as soon as possible.
