My Water Purifier is on Service contract including spares with Eurokaforbes for 2 years end on 07/11/2015. The Water Purifier was not working since 12/5/2015 and the complained for repairing was made on same day to local office in their no. 985419xxx. They send a person on 14/5/15 to repair the same but he was not able do rectified the same and said he will come after 2 days with some spares but after this they did not response our call and not provide any service. The Water purifier was still not working. I repeatedly complain in their Call center but they are not interested to rectified the same.
