BSNL – Landline dead complained all levels no response

I am Anupam working for EMC corporations , Bangalore ,basically from Mohanlal ganj , Lucknow , U.P . Sir, My father is a retired Gov officer and both of them (father and mother ) are senior citizen and approx. 2500 Km away from me . The primary mode of communicating with them was BSNL landline (0522-2822xxx), which is dead from past 6 months . We have complained to almost at all the levels up to GM, but no response came from them and connection is still not working . And the strange part is that we are getting bills every month . My father tried to co-ordinate with local exchange people , but their response is very passive , as if they don’t care . In fact some of them even suggested to remove the connection as they will not fix it . It’s really humiliating since he is 69 years has to keep on asking them and still they do not behave properly. Therefore I request you to take hardest possible action against such corrupt people and bring discipline to such organization.

Not able to use phone from past 6 months . Paying the bill from past 6 months .My parents are alone in Lucknow and they are not able to communicate using primary medium . also BSNL mohnalal ganj staff is waste they don’t behave properly . we scaled the issue also after that today my father got a message “Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1023255667 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. Thank you.” though no once has done anything
