Hi Shopclues Team, The order details given on mail with tracking number is not available on courier web site and product is also not delivered on my address. Please let me know by when I will get my product. I am not displaying any details for security reasons. What type of service and credibility i should expect from Shopclues.com as a customer? Do you have good customer services team who can followup and respond to poor but strong customers like me. I have paid money in advance even after i didn’t get my product. Please let me know if I still need to have patience to recieve my product. Please give me an appropriate date by when i will get my product with subjected order number. No thanks
