With reference to above, I the undersigned customer of Professional Couriers, would like to register my grievances and protest against the aforesaid person for his rude and uncalled behavior.
Sir / Madam, one of my friend booked a consignment as on Friday dated 27/12/2013 with an assurance from your attendant
from your Mulund(Mumbai) office to reach my home the next day at Shere Punjab Colony, Andheri(e) and if not then the subsequent day. But I did not receive the same till today(Monday-30/12/2013) morning. Since this documents were of important for me to submit in relevant office as on today I called up your office in Shere Punjab Colony at about 12.30pm(phone no 022-28250128) ;the attending madam on other end has track down the document no35 22 12 545 and cross checked with me my correct address and upon my request promised to deliver the same by 2pm . But till 3.20 pm it was not delivered to me.
As I was running out of the time , I once again called up your same office to know the status of the delivery. I was bluntly told by Mr VILAS that my friend has written wrong address on it therefore it has gone to other place. But when I told him that at 12.30pm. The attending madam cross checked with me the address he thought of calling your delivery man and cross checked with him.
When I asked him how without checking he talked such irresponsibly which has also caused me delay in getting the documents on time, He bluntly told me that he is not responsible for anything and I can do what ever I want to do , he does not care. But the delivery of documents can not be done before 4 or 4.30pm. I was aghast at his response and was very hurt of his attitude. Instead of being APOLOGETIC he just hung the phone and disconnected without being really worried about my plight that I can not submit the all important document to the relevant office on time and thus incurring me huge loss.
I certainly look forward to an answer from your good office about the deficiency of service rendered to me. and also at least an apology from your Mr Vilas for his uncalled behavior.
