I am an account holder of State Bank of India [SBI] krishnapuram tamilnadu branch code 12803, my jewel loan account number 32765852992. on 30.12.13 morning i went to the branch at 10.15am to pay loan amount and get back jewel,first branch manager refused and ask me to come back 31.12.13. i request her to remit today because i came on C.L. she accepted and i paid amount at 11.30. manager got jewel on her hand at 1’o clock. i went asked manager at 1.30, 2.30,&3.30 at last i got my jewel at 3.45. purposefully the branch manager made me to sit in bank 4 hours i demand an explanation for this. she talked with some customers in her room from 3’o clock, again and again she told me come later even the customers sitting inside said it is not vegetable shop to get things immediately. i disturbed very much, definitely i need an explanation from the branch manager or she has to ask sorry from me. thanking you
