I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses shown here “http://www.shopclues.com/ray-ban-clubmaster-3016-c.w0365-994.html”. The website clearly says Ray Ban, and the price has also been cut down from 5000 INR to 249 INR, but when the order arrived, the product happened to be a pair of cheap, fake plastic sunglasses, which are not even worth 249 rupees. When asked to replace the product, I was offered “cluebucks”, a currency that can be used on Shopclues.com only, as refund. Also, there is a number of terms and conditions attached to the points. It is a matter of selling fake products, false advertising and withholding customers’ money.

I want the product Rayban Clubmaster 3016 c.W0365 because they advertised the same product with a very luring and attractive offer to cheat on me. I do not want my money back, because I would not have placed any order if they had not displayed the same product with such discount in first place. The only reason I placed the order is because the website clearly says the the market price of the sunglasses is 5000 rupees but because of 95% discount, one can get them for 249 rupees.
