I had baught a LG LWA3BP5A 1 Ton 5 Star Window Air Conditioner by Shopclues.com by paying Rs. 24189 through citibank credit card on 07 May 2015, 09:00 PM with orderid 50000471. The due Delivery date of the product was 15/05/2015. But the Product was not delivered on 15th May,It was delayed and delivered on 18/05/2015. When asked about the delay ,shoplcues.com was unable to answer about it.Because of delayed delivery I had to cancel my plans of going out,since I had to stay at home to receive the Item. Apart from that I had opted for EMI conversion at the time of payment and I was charged Rs 400+ for the EMI conversion(3 EMI’S of Rs 8000+).But the same was not conveyed to CitiBank and the Entire oreder Amount (Rs. 24189) was claimed By citiBank. So Entire order amount(24189),instead of EMI(Rs 8000+) was reflected in My credit card Statement of May Month which was generated on 15May 2015.I complained and talked many times regarding this to shopclues customer service but every time they said that your complaint has been forward to backend team and you would receive a call from out team within 48Hrs.I have called them more than 10 times,But Till Date I have not received Any call nor any solution from them and I have to pay Rs 24189 Against my credit card statement.Which has disturbed my monthly Financial Plans and I am in deep stress that how I will carry out my monthly expenditure since Month is just Started. Therefore I request you you kindly help me in this regard so that these people should not repeat such kind of cheating with other customers.

I want compensation for cancellation of my tour plans due to delayed delivery of products. I want compensation for Mental and financial distress caused to me due to non conversion of order amount in EMIS’, since I had to pay Entire Amount(24189) to the creditcard company and this has disturbed my financial budget.I have no money to carry out monthly expenditure.
