I have ordered a nova trimmer in shopclues on nov13.the order was taken by shopclues and they delivered the product on nov16.but till date i havent recived the product. i have lodged a complaint to shopclues team and they have took the complaint and said they will respond with in 48 hrs.but there is no response after that about the issue.

I paid the money but didnt get the product till date. Poor after sales service. No action taken

want my money return or I want the product ordered
