I had ordered a hand drill machine on 6th October and it was expected to be delivered by 16th Nov and it has not yet been delivered I received a delivery yesterday but the product was not same as I have placed the order for. I received Medu vada maker instead of hand drill Machine. I tried to reach the customer support helpline number but after waiting for 25 minutes the phone was disconnected. The web portal do not update the status of orders until one month and one can not claim refunds as the timeline for claiming refunds get exhausted by then. I want my money refunded with the interest that I pay on my credit card in case of delayed payments (3% PM compounded monthly).

Refund my money with interest @ 3% PM compounded monthly as I pay on my credit cards in event of defaults Plus the difference of prices between the product I ordered and that I was forced to purchase from market (799-399 = 400)
