Sir, I had placed a order of “Body Maxx 22kg Home Gym Weight Lifting Package + 3-in-1 Bench + 4 Rods (QTY:1)” with order number 16458563 On 9th of july 2014,through online EMI payment mode in Shopclues.com. They shipped me the product through blue dart couriers with tracking number for package as 50290900682 and it has been sent via Blue Dart.I refused to accept the product as they (Blue dart) called me before the delivery and said that it was damaged and so I requested them to send it back to shopClues.com. Simultaneously I lodged a complaint with the Customer Care of Shopclues.com,but they are not giving me any response and resolution to my grievance.I called them many times but they are disconnecting my call without any response, its nearly 45 days I dint have any response to my problem.So please consider my details and take further action on them.
I want the total refund of my money or fast delivery of my product with a penalty of 10000 rs for the mental stress I am facing.
