Xperia T2 ultra – Faulty designed Handset

Hi , i have purchased a Xperia T2 ultra , on 26 July 2014 ,for Rs 22.890 from Anmol electronics , Chandigarh ,on the 3rd day i reported at the service center for restarting issue and gap in the back panel , there was no response till one month , after a lot of emails they decided to get the phone replaced but the replacement was a refurbished handset and the display was very dull , i did not accept the handset , i had asked sony to give me a brand new set or refund my money but there is no response till now , i am really not happy with the services , also had called the Toll free number but no response from their side also ,i have also posted the same problem on Facebook i was promised a call from the escalation team on 12 Aug and still waiting for the same, i am attaching the invoice of the same

i just want my money back and want full refund , i am unable to use the handset at all , please help me with getting my money back ,
