Product not received till date and when i call shipping company they say they have returned the product and so contact the retail shop. when i call the support of shopclues they tell that we have not received any product. they tell me that senior will call back but no senior is calling me and the order placed was almost 1.5 months back from today

i had to call them almost 15-20 times for 10 to 15 min per call but no solution is provided till date. calling charges apply.

cancellation of product and refund of full money including the calling charges i had paid as soon as possible
