I Placed an order (# 12833083) at Shopclues.com website and an amount of Rs. 8650/- had been debited from my bank account on April 10, 2014. Subsequently the Seller(Proteinstore 2014) cancelled the order stating they do not have products to deliver. The refund process was initiated on April 11, 2014 and assured the amount will be credited by the bank (HDFC Bank) with in 5 to 7 working days. Although 11 working days have passed, the amount is still not credited back to my bank account. In spite of contacting Shopclues.com many number of times (by phone and email) there is no any response from their side.

Even if the amount is refunded to me in the due course, Shopclues.com and HDFC Bank has to compensate me for this abnormal delay.
