Order no: 7359261,7359257 I placed 2 orders on 5 th of october,2013 via Credit card. When i received the products, i wasn’t satisfied with them. So on 13 th october i asked for a refund. I got a mail that i would receive my money back in 15 days. But when 13 days passed, i got a mail that there was a technical problem and it would take 15 days more. I called up to check the status again n again. But the process of one of my orders started on 8 Th. november and it would take next 15 days. And there was no sign of the second order to start the process. The customer support no. Of shopclues.com is not free.. I have a lot of my money and time explaining the executives my problem over n over again. And the only Answer i get is to wait. These people do not have a grievance cell. Or complain deptt. Its almost 2 months. I feel this SITE IS A FAKE. Plz help me to get my money back.

Its been almost 2 months i am begging shopclues to refund my money back. But there is always an excuse. They are asking for two more days. I dont have any reason to wait after holding up for २ months. I now believe that the site is fake and will never advise anyone to shop from this site. I have lost Rs 2500.
