Company: www.shopclues.com Order No: 47071147 Total Refund Amount: Rs 206 On 19th April 2015, I had ordered “Crocks Flip Flops for Men / Boys (QTY:1)” from shopclues.com”. I was not satisfied with the product, so I had returned it. On 8th May 2015, I got a message from shopclues.com, stating that money has been initiated for refund. But till today my money has not been refunded. It is about to be a month. I had mailed shopclues.com, so many times, but it is of no use. Simply they will tell me to give 3 more days everytime. How many days should I wait for them. I had even told them to refund my money in “clues bucks”, if they were not able to transfer money in my Bank A/C. I am fed up with shop clues. I can’t bear them any more. After sales customer support of shopclues.com is worst.

I want my money to be refunded ASAP.
