I bought laptop from shopclues.com and the product is defective and since 15 or more days i am trying to get it replaced from them. but there is no initiative from their side.

Its been almost Rs. 400-500 i have spent on mobile bill. i want compensation for this also.

I want refund along with the compensation of phone bill.
