The order no. is 23668001. The product received was fake and broken. I quickly requested for a return and refund of the money. The package was picked up on 1st november and accepted by the client on 8th nov but shopclues says that they have not received the product Order no. 23668001 Return pickup tracking no. was SCL0042924 from courier service nuvoex It has been almost a month and they have neither replied nor processed a refund. Please look into the situation.

Refund and full compensation because it has been a month and they donot provide a proper reply and their customercare also charges a heafty call charge for calling them everytime. I have called them 4-5 times and they have filed a complain everytime with no positive results.
